TRP window won't open

On my shaman, the TRP window no longer opens. I have the toolbar just fine and can right-click the polar bear face to toggle it, but opening the window seems to not be an option. Works on my druid and other characters just fine, however.

Trying to get there by clicking next to my portrait and to 'character sheet' isn't working, either.

Additional information: TRP items with a use feature that opens a document just lag the game for a brief moment and bring up no document. Items that cause states still work, but that seems to be it.

Late night edit: Odd fix. I logged out, disabled TRP on just the shaman, logged into said shaman, logged out again, re-enabled TRP, then logged back in. Everything works again.
