Bugged Icons

I am not certain if this is in fact my game's installation or the add-on indeed, but is it common to have icons in the game (i.e. the action bar's buttons like Auto Attack, etc) be glitched over? They become at times invisible, parts of other icons put together and partially invisible, and even some times just illegible red text running vertically down the square shape of the icon.

My hypothesis would be that it is due to another add-on I have that may not be compatible; is this the case, or is the icons glitching over indeed a bug as I am posting it to be?

I would enclose a picture, although after exiting the game completely for the third time it has now ceased. Once upon I get the glitch again, I vill enclose the screen shot.
