Launch the game and select all the TRP2 addons in the list !

Notes :
- TRP2 is made to work on a french, spanish or an english client (and soon german) ! If you use another localized client (italian, russian ...), you will have to activate the language compatibility parameter in the TRP2 settings tab (in the interface subtab). Without it you won't be able to communicate anymore.

Am I right in saying that originally NA users had to remove (ie) not load) the two French parts of the addon?
Is this still the case for Cata updates?

No, since the v1010 (I think) you don't have to unload any module anymore.

i redownloaded in 4.3 but my addon list is saying "dependency missing" what issue results in this and how will it effect in game.

Did you do a "proper" install (meaning unstalling the old TRP before installing the new one) ?
